This Delivery and Returns was written with care and consideration, in order for you to have the best experience whilst purchasing your new Tailor Sense item via our website available at: info@tailorsense.com(the “Website”).  This policy describes our delivery, return guidelines, designed to enable you to fully enjoy your shopping experience and have the pleasure of trying on your purchased item comfortably from your own home.
  2. Please read this policy carefully before submitting an order (the “Order”) via our Website, and feel free to contact us at info@tailorsense.com before placing your Order, if you have any questions related to this policy.
  3. The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and General Terms and conditions of Sale shall be referred to collectively as the “Terms”).

You hereby waive any applicable rights to require an original (non-electronic) signature or delivery or retention of  non-electronic records, to the extent not prohibited under applicable law. If you do not agree to be bound by this Policy and the Terms, please do not submit and Order.
  5. You may have certain cancellation or return rights governed by local legislation. Nothing in this policy will affect your statutory rights.

Our Items and Services

  1. Our Tailor Sense items are made-to-order and we offer a variety of alterations to customize and personalize your suit and make it fit your needs. Possible customizations for each item are specified below each item. Customizations will be made upon request, in accordance with your instructions and may be subject to the payment for extra fees. Please note that unless otherwise specified in this Policy, customized items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  2. If you have any questions concerning fit, fabrication or any other alteration please contact us at info@tailorsense.com or via our Website chat, and enjoy free consultation regarding our customizations options. We also may offer complimentary consultations and personal styling sessions on Email regarding all our items, for further information regarding these sessions please contact us at info@tailorsense.com.

Delivery

  1. We realize that you want to receive your purchased items as soon as possible, therefore, we start processing each Orders as soon as submitted. Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitude our acceptance of your Order. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your Order.
  2. Dispatch and delivery times shall vary according to the ordered Item The periods indicated below are estimations since some Items are made upon submitting your Order.
  3. Items are usually delivered within 30days.
  4. We take great care to ensure the quality of each Item and prepare it for shipping. Within 24-48 hours following your submission of an Order, you will be contacted by an email   who will confirm your order, provide you with information regarding the delivery process and time estimations, and, upon receipt, will follow up with you to make sure you are happy with your Item.
  5. Please do not hesitate to contact us via email at info@tailorsense.com, and request to deliver your Item earlier, and we will do our best to accommodate your request and support your needs. Express delivery may be subject to the payment of additional fees.
  6. Please bear in mind that we shall not be responsible and liable for any delays in delivery and shipment caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, government or quasi-governmental authorities actions, acts of terrorism, earthquakes, power outages, pandemic or epidemic (or similar regional health crisis).

 Duties and Taxes (International Shipping)

We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees upon receiving your package. Once your order has been placed and paid we will not be able to offer a refund on taxes.

Return & Exchanges

We allow returns on items that have not undergone customizations and alterations. For items already started customizing process we cannot provide refund or return.

Returnable and Non-returnable Items

Please note that our customized Items are non-returnable All returned items must be returned in their original condition – uncustomized, unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, clean, free of lint, with all tags and labels attached (a “Returned Item“). If following your submission and our acceptance of a Return Request (as further detailed below) you return an item that does not adhere to these standards, you will not be entitled to receive a refund, we will notify you of this and will return the item to your shipping address.

Return Requests and Refunds

  1. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at info@tailorsense.com, indicate your order number (which will appear clearly in your confirmation and shipping emails or on your packing slip), and mention the reason for the return (a “Return Request“). All Return Requests must be submitted within ten(10) business days of your receipt of the applicable Item. We may at our sole discretion, but are not required to, accept Return Requests submitted following such ten(10) business days and/or provide refunds related thereto. If the application is submitted more than ten(10) business days, we will charge 20% of the returned items as a service fee.
  2. We shall inspect and process your Return Request within ten(10) business days of receipt. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation via email and we will issue a return authorization number and label and will instruct you on how to return the Returned Item to us.
  3. Please note We cannot offer any refunds on taxes and customs fees.

Exchanges

Due to the special period of Covid-19, once the product is sold no modification will be given.

 

Discounted Items

This Policy shall apply with respect to all Items ordered via the Website, including Items sold within at a discounted rate and/or during seasonal sales and promotion.

 

Defective, Damaged and Incorrect Items

Our Items are designed using top-quality materials and fabrics. If by any chance you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect Item, we’re really sorry and we’ll make it right, No worries! Please contact us at info@tailorsense.com, within ten(10) days of receipt of the Item, indicate your order number (order number will appear clearly in your confirmation and shipping emails or on your packing slip), and mention the problem. We will do our best to replace defective, damaged, or incorrect Items.
